Our clubs are expanding so they are available across the local community.
The project is funded by the NHS and is free of charge for adults struggling with their mental health.
The programme is a blend of nature connection experiences and woodland activities.
The Balsam Centre's Ecotherapy project is based at Horse's Wood at Ham Hill, near Yeovil.
